Is professional hair and makeup styling necessary?
Not at all! However, I highly recommend it if you want that extra polished, camera-ready look. Professional styling can make a real difference under studio lighting and help you feel even more confident. It's entirely your choice.
I've never felt photogenic. Can you help me look natural?
Absolutely! Most people feel a little uncomfortable in front of the camera, and that's completely normal. I'll guide you through everything, from your posture and positioning to your expressions. You don't need to know how to pose — I'll take care of that while keeping the experience relaxed and enjoyable.
Can we create different looks during one session?
Definitely! That's one of the best things about Modern Headshots. You can bring several outfits, and we'll experiment with different backgrounds, lighting and expressions to create a collection of photographs that reflect different sides of your personality and professional image.
How can I get ready for my Modern Headshots experience?
Once you've booked, I'll send you a preparation guide with tips on clothing, colours and everything you might want to bring. We'll also discuss your profession, personal style and how you plan to use your photographs so we can create images that truly work for you.
Is it possible to arrange headshots for my whole team?
Of course! I offer photography sessions for teams and businesses. We can photograph everyone individually and arrange a group portrait for an additional fee. For businesses needing a wider variety of images, we can also discuss a dedicated personal branding session.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
I understand that plans sometimes change. You're welcome to reschedule your session once, provided you give at least 72 hours' notice. Unfortunately, cancellations made at short notice and missed appointments are not eligible for a refund.
