During your phone consultation, we’ll get to know you, your brand, and your goals, then guide you through what to wear, what to bring, and how to feel confident and fully prepared for your session.

You don’t need to know how to pose. Your session is guided so you can relax and be yourselves.

It’s completely optional, but highly recommended! Our professional stylists know how to create a polished, natural look that photographs beautifully under studio lighting, helping you look and feel your absolute best.

Your Modern Headshots session takes approximately one hour, followed by a little extra time to review and select your favourite images.

We can arrange a team photo between your individual sessions for an additional fee. As we photograph several clients throughout the day, timing is important. If you’d like a wider variety of team images, our Personal Branding session would be a better option.

We understand that plans can change! You’re welcome to reschedule your session once, provided you give me at least 72 hours’ notice. As your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations made within 72 hours or missed appointments are non-refundable.
